POLICY
I'm sure that you will be happy with your purchase and
Mystic Maine Quilts stands by the quality of
EVERY quilt we produce. We do not accept
returns for cash however; we will accept returns for
repair on any quilt that was manufactured by Mystic
Maine Quilts, in the unlikely event a repair is
warranted. We guarantee your satisfaction. Quilts are
machine quilted unless noted otherwise. Authenticity is
fully guaranteed. If you wish to return your quilt for
repair, it must be postmarked within seven (7) days of
receipt, properly packaged and in good condition. Please
notify the shipper immediately if any merchandise
arrives damaged. For your protection, returned quilts
must be fully insured while in transit. |

IMPORTANT
NOTE
If you have animals in the house (cats or dogs or birds)
you must be extremely careful when taking items out of
the box.
We do not accept the
return of any item that has animal hair or excrement on
it. We do not accept returns of items that the customer
has washed, discolored or damaged in any way. |

QUILT HANGER GUARANTEE
Since quilt hangers are custom-made to the customers'
specifications, we cannot accept returns. However, we
will replace any quilt hanger (or part) that is
defective with the same size, finish and style quilt
hanger as originally purchased, at absolutely no charge
to the customer. |
